Guest and signed-in use

Guests can browse the same discovery experience without account-only actions. Sign-in is required for saved addresses, checkout, order history, favourites and personal account controls.

Privacy and security

• Sign in only through the Zaipcart OTP flow.
• Do not share OTPs or payment credentials.
• Review saved addresses before checkout.
• Use the in-product privacy and support flows for access, correction or erasure requests.

Zaipcart avoids exposing personal information in application logs and protects authenticated sessions with platform security controls.
