Getting started as a vendor
Zaipcart vendor onboarding uses mobile OTP sign-in and a manual KYC review. Keep your legal and settlement details accurate so the operations team can review your application without avoidable delays.
Before you begin
- A mobile number you control
- Your store name, category and operating address
- GST details when they apply to your business
- Bank settlement details
- Clear KYC and store documents requested in the onboarding flow
Onboarding flow
- Sign in with the OTP sent to your mobile number.
- Complete the store profile and truthful operating details.
- Upload clear KYC documents through the secure upload flow.
- Submit the application for manual review.
- After approval, complete catalog and operating-hour setup before accepting orders.
Zaipcart does not use automated Aadhaar, PAN or UIDAI verification for the launch flow. KYC is reviewed manually.
