Partner API overview

Zaipcart exposes versioned HTTP interfaces through its production services. Use the contract and credentials issued for your integration; do not infer an endpoint from an internal module name.

Conventions

Send and receive JSON unless an endpoint explicitly documents another format.
Use the issued bearer credential in the Authorization header, never in the URL.
Generate stable idempotency keys for operations that may be retried.
Treat money as integer paise.
Preserve the trace identifier returned by the platform when contacting support.
Respect documented rate limits and Retry-After responses.

Service boundaries

Transactional commerce, delivery/tracking and Wicky AI/voice operate as separate backend services. Always use the published integration boundary rather than reaching into another service’s data ownership.
