Rider onboarding collects vehicle information and the documents required for a manual approval decision.

What to prepare

• A supported two-wheeler or electric two-wheeler
• Vehicle registration number
• Driving licence
• Vehicle registration certificate
• Aadhaar identity proof requested by the secure upload flow

Submit the application

Enter the registration exactly, upload clear JPEG, PNG or PDF documents, and submit the completed set. The app displays draft, submitted, approved, rejected and suspended states truthfully.
