During a delivery
- Go online only when you are ready to accept nearby offers.
- Verify pickup inside the authorised app flow.
- Use the displayed navigation destination and keep location permissions available during an active job.
- Confirm COD collection accurately.
- Mark the order delivered only after a real handoff.
Use SOS only for immediate help during a delivery. The SOS flow asks for confirmation, obtains live location and sends the active job context to Zaipcart support. Call local emergency services whenever the situation requires it.
