The vendor dashboard is the source of truth for catalog availability, store hours, incoming orders and operational status.

Daily operating checklist

• Confirm that the store is open only while staff can fulfil orders.
• Keep product names, units, prices and stock truthful.
• Use accurate product images; the platform fallback appears when an asset is missing or fails to load.
• Review incoming orders promptly and follow the displayed preparation flow.
• Keep customer information inside authorised order workflows.

Catalog quality

Use one product record per sellable unit and store money as the rupee value shown by the dashboard. The server remains authoritative for order totals, taxes, discounts and payable amounts.

Availability

Pausing a product prevents new orders for that item without deleting its history. Close the store when fulfilment is temporarily unavailable.
